Not sure but I think that’s the building specially built to the PanAmerican of 2007. Before the event the government said the building would become homes for poor people. So far part of the 17 buildings are still empty and useless. Don’t want to be a pessimist about Brazil. I love being brazilian. But World Cup here is a mistake. Olympics will be a worse decision.
